Cognac LOUIS XIII
The eaux-de-vie crafted from grape varieties grown in Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region, are carefully selected and blended over the years to create the cognac that fills each of our LOUIS XIII Classic decanters. The quality of our terroir and the mastery of time are at the very heart of our LOUIS XIII cognac. Every drop is the result of centuries-old expertise passed down from one generation to the next, from one cellar master to another.
The eaux-de-vie are slowly aged in coarse-grain oak barrels mainly sourced from the Limousin forests. Each sip is a true journey through time.
The Classic Decanter
No two decanters are alike. Handcrafted by the finest master crystal makers across Europe, each decanter is numbered, attesting to its unique character. Its iconic lines, enhanced by a collar of at least 18-carat gold and adorned with 10 lace points on each side, are inspired by a flask dating from the 16th century, found at the site of the battle of Jarnac and acquired, a few centuries later, by Paul-Émile Rémy Martin, creator of LOUIS XIII.
The LOUIS XIII decanter is equipped with a small NFC chip embedded in the cork stopper, allowing customers to access the LOUIS XIII Society, a private club whose members can enjoy exclusive content, as well as personalized experiences and services.
The Box
The LOUIS XIII Classic decanter is presented in a magnificent box enhanced with modern details and adorned in the House's iconic red color. An exclusive novelty: the box's opening evokes the delicate serving gesture of fine dining restaurants when the cloche is lifted to reveal the most exquisite dishes. The box features an integrated mirror, serving as a genuine showcase to display the decanter in your living room. It comes with an information booklet to learn more about LOUIS XIII.
