Rimapere Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand 2021 - 75cl
With a desire to create his own Sauvignon Blanc, Baron Benjamin de Rothschild acquired 24 hectares of vines, ideally located on the prestigious Rapaura Road in the heart of New Zealand's Marlborough region, and launched production. The climate of these parcels is ideal for the ripening of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which give them their distinctive lemon and grapefruit aromas, with a typical lively acidity. Rimapere means "5 arrows" in homage to the Rothschild family emblem. The five arrows symbolise the five founding sons of the Mayer Amschel Rothschild dynasty who set out to conquer the world.
