Among the 2007 vintage, 7 is recognised as the perfect number. It symbolises unity, fullness and completion, a sign of balance that creates perfection. This atypical vintage has a bright future. Charles Heidsieck chose to create Blanc des Millénaires from exceptional Chardonnays characterised by their incomparable texture, their aromatic complexity and their capacity for maturation which will develop in each of the cuvées according to its own personality.
This chalky mineral champagne offers a vivacity and a remarkable ageing potential. Grilled and citrus notes are revealed as soon as it is opened, leading with finesse to a tasting of saline flavours. A dynamic and perfectly structured sensation emerges, leaving the palate with a long and round finish. These vintages are truly rare and recognised as exceptional by cellar managers.
