Sumptuous Medjool dates, stewed figs, and rich milk chocolate are accompanied by delicate notes of honey and a tropical character reminiscent of dried mango and ripe papaya. Encapsulated by soft and complex oak.
Palate
A real sweetness is evident with sherry-seasoned dried fruits, orange marmalade, and honeycomb. Soft spicy notes of ginger and cinnamon develop.
Finish
Flashes of caramelized pineapple and creamy vanilla linger over the exquisite balance of subtle dark chocolate and coffee.
