Don Julio Rosado is a reposado tequila that has been aged in ruby port barrels from the Douro wine region in northern Portugal. This reposado tequila is distinguished by its subtle pink hue and sweet aromas of dried red fruits and caramel. Exceptionally smooth, it is best enjoyed over ice. For a lighter aperitif, you can add a splash of sparkling water and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Nose: Lively and complex, with notes of strawberries and raspberries.
Palate: Creamy and fruity, with notes of dried red fruits, plum, roasted caramel, and light spices.
Finish: Long and pleasant, with a caramelized sweetness and lingering red fruit.
