This cuvée is made exclusively from Pinot Meunier, sourced from old vines located in Vrigny within the Massif de Saint-Thierry. This unique terroir, classified as Premier Cru since 2003, features clay-limestone soils rich in chalk, providing the wine with notable minerality and freshness. The wine is vinified in old oak barrels, which lends subtle complexity and a silky texture. A four-year aging on fine lees in the cellars of Egly-Ouriet enhances the wine's aromatic richness and depth. With a very low dosage of 1g/L, this cuvée embodies the purity and elegance of the Egly-Ouriet style.
