The Clément Cuvée Homère is a prestigious aged agricultural rum produced by the renowned Clément distillery in Martinique. This rum benefits from the Martinique Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC), ensuring its quality and authenticity. It is a sophisticated blend of several aged rums, carefully matured between six and ten years in oak barrels. The barrels used for aging are mainly American oak, previously containing bourbon, along with some French oak barrels, adding a diversity of woody and spicy notes.
