The Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons 2022 from Domaine Billaud-Simon is a 100% Chardonnay white wine. The name "Vaillons" evokes a "small valley," characteristic of this particular terroir.
This wine is distinguished by its bright robe with golden reflections. Its nose is rich in aromas, revealing notes of ripe citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate, it is full and lively from the outset, offering a beautiful length and refined aromatic persistence, complemented by fruity and slightly tangy flavors.
