Mirabeau Pink Gin follows the recipe of a London Dry Gin. It is made with a 100% grape-based neutral alcohol to obtain a round and slightly fruity mouthfeel. Lemon and coriander give it a balanced acidity. Iris and angelica roots give it floral notes. Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to obtain delicate floral notes. Finally, laurel, thyme and rosemary give the whole a finely balanced herbaceous character.
These ingredients give this gin a certain sweetness, making it round enough to be drunk dry.
Another suggestion: enjoy it with dry vermouth for the perfect Martini or with your favourite tonic. Mirabeau has teamed up with Fever Tree to create "Mirabeau Rosé Gin and Tonic", a gin-tonic made with Mirabeau Rosé Gin and Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic, topped with a sprig of rosemary.
PLANTS:
Juniper, Coriander, Iris and Angelica Root, Lemon Bark and Zest, Rose Petals, Rosemary, Thyme, Lavender, Jasmine Tea, Laurel Leaf.
TASTING NOTES:
A classic Dry Gin with the flavours of Provence. Juniper, which is well present, is complemented by lemony and herbaceous notes as well as a floral aroma, accompanied by a subtle grape scent. Sweet enough to be enjoyed on its own.
In a large glass filled with ice cubes, served with Fever Tree Aromatic tonic and garnished with a sprig of rosemary.
