**Inner Peace** is a blend of three plants that helps improve comfort for women during menstruation. It can also be taken for premenstrual syndrome (PMS) to alleviate symptoms. Generally, it helps to balance the menstrual cycle.
**Benefit:** soothes painful periods and PMS.
**Ingredients:** only French and organic plants. No artificial flavors, pesticides, preservatives, or chemicals. This blend is composed of three plants:
Yarrow helps to regulate female hormonal balance. It is useful for long and irregular cycles, as well as for painful periods.
Chamomile (Matricaria) has soothing properties against spasms associated with painful periods.
Calendula is used to soothe the digestive system. It also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
**Usage:** Place an individual sachet in a cup, teapot, or thermos with boiling water (90°C). Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the sachet and enjoy.
**Quality:** The plants are organic, French, hand-cultivated, and naturally dried in the Cévennes. This artisanal process helps preserve the quality and benefits of the plants.
