**Ingredients:** organic lemon verbena. No artificial flavors, pesticides, preservatives, or chemicals.
**Usage:** Place an individual sachet in a cup, teapot, or thermos with boiling water (90°C). Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the sachet and enjoy.
