**Ingredients:** only French and organic plants. No artificial flavors, pesticides, preservatives, or chemicals. This blend is composed of three plants:
Chamomile (Matricaria) has a soothing effect. It is known to calm sleep disorders, anxiety, and mild nervous depression.
Passionflower is renowned for its calming properties. It helps to alleviate anxiety, restlessness, and stress.
Linden is often used to promote falling asleep and to calm nervousness in both children and adults.
**Usage:** Place an individual sachet in a cup, teapot, or thermos with boiling water (90°C). Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the sachet and enjoy.
**Quality:** The plants are organic, French, hand-cultivated, and naturally dried in the Cévennes. This artisanal process helps preserve the quality and benefits of the plants.
