Enjoyed as hot or cold beverages and even in cooking throughout the seasons, Prestige Yuzu Matcha adapts to your tastes: traditional matcha, matcha latte, pastry recipes, desserts, smoothies, or even as a topping on sweet and savory dishes. Prestige Yuzu Matcha is a high-quality matcha. We recommend using it for beverages (as matcha with water like in Japan) or as matcha latte (with your favorite milk).
IN A BEVERAGE: Place 1g of matcha (equivalent to a level teaspoon) in a bowl. Then pour 70 ml of water at 70-75 °C. Whisk the matcha tea for a few seconds with a traditional chasen whisk or an electric frother until you achieve a nice foam on the surface. Your traditional matcha is ready!
For a comforting matcha latte, add some milk of your choice. We recommend oat milk, which is mild and doesn’t overshadow the unique taste of matcha tea. If the matcha tends to settle at the bottom of your cup a few minutes after preparation, feel free to give a gentle stir with a wrist or spoon.
