It was in 1827 that the confectioner Bélisaire Boissier created the Boule candy, whose round shape symbolizes the City of Paris.
He first developed a version with Montmorency cherries by extracting their aroma, similar to how essential oils are extracted from flower petals in Grasse.
Over time, the Boule candy has been enriched with multiple flavors, such as the fruit assortment: Cherry, Blueberry, Lemon, Orange.
